The only place in TN I could live (largely due to the economy) would be Nashville. Weather was a not an issue most of the time.

No. I wouldn't be here in Texas if that was a factor. The weather here is horrible. I'm from South FL.

I said weather was not the reason I moved, but perhaps I should have said it was. Weather is the reason I did not move back to my home state. Though to be entirely fair, property values and taxes, along with traffic also played very large roles. I would have loved to be closer to our family, but the combination of weather, taxes, and traffic convinced me that we should avoid that area.
