you'll have to be more specific with perfectionism. Like what categories are we talking about here? The most insecurity? etc.? I might be able to answer your question better if you got more specific. Here in the Midwest, I don't see a lot of insecurity amongst people....

Probably Orange County or the Hamptons. Plastic surgery, expensive cars, striving for the perfect lifestyle.
