Yea, I'm also curious about this.

Thinking about leaving but love my people.

Isn't Austin a hotspot for California transplants?

Any scenic western town. I spent some time in Prescott AZ, seemed more people were from California than not.

My first thought is Vegas. Next Phoenix. Then Portland and Seattle.

Vegas... Without a doubt.

Very low home prices, plenty to do, hardly any tax, close to CA.

I've been running into many out here in eastern NM and west TX.
Not trying to sound derogatory, but many seem to be dairy families of Dutch descent that moved away from CA in the 70s/80s and set up shop out here for any myriad of reasons.

But, I only begun to notice this since I seemed to be dealing with dairies on a rather daily basis for the past two years.
