What local changes would you make in your City? (Only top 10 largest cities + SFO and Wash) (neighborhood)

Hi,

I'm interested only in: Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, San Jose, San Franciso and Washington DC.

I'm searching for people's opinion about the cities they live in. More exactly, what changes would you make to your local neighborhood? I'm looking only for local, doable, changes.

Some examples of such changes (ideas) would include: repairing a street, erecting a historical memorial, changing the duration of traffic lights, building a skate park, adding a bicycle route, building a park etc.

Ideas that I'm not interested in include: changing tax rates, changing the mayor, things connected directly with people rather than places, etc.

I'm need 3 ideas per city, thanks!

That's easy. I'd nuke them all. But my opinion is excluded from the parameters of the OP. "My city" is not on the response-eligible list.

What benefits do you envision from having the 10 largest cities in the country nuked?

Do you care about all the radiation afterwards or is it worth it to gouge your eyes out and cut your nose off to spite your face?
