I guess it all depends on the type of women you like. Actually, if your talking about most attractive women in general it would probably be in any well to do, middle/upper middle class suburban community in any metro.
Most Beautiful Hispanic women:
Usually Northeastern states because of their larger proportion of Dominicans and Puerto Ricans, which are definitely the most attractive Hispanic women, they are absolutely beautiful. Also, Florida has a diverse array of beautiful Hispanic women, and Texas, though im not a big fan of mexican women, has alot of good looking mexicans in that state, better than the ones i see on the regular where im from.

Most Beautiful Black women
The south has the most beautiful and most well-shaped black women, thick black women with killa curves and banging bodies is in abundance here, and there not all ghetto like the ones up north.And there southern accent somehow makes em much more sexier. States like New york especially, have diverse black populations , with large amounts of black american , black Caribbean, black african, and black hispanic women.

The upper midwest has a larger proportion of Scandinavian descended blonde-headed white women, which are the most beautiful type of white women in my opinion. Also seen some beautiful white women in boston columbus and dallas.

Best post I have seen on the thread but I wanted to correct you on the Hispanic thing, Florida should be number 1 on the list. The most attractive Hispanic women are usually Colombian and Florida has a lot of them compared to other places.
As for White women, spot on, but I have to say that Florida has its gems when it comes to white girls as well and so does California. While Minnesota is a great pick due to it being mostly white and having a lot of Scandinavian women around though, the standard blonde and beautiful can be found in high numbers there.
I also wanted to add that it does all boil down to your preference, a guy that loves latin girls won't be too happy in a state like Georgia. From what my friends there say, it isn't the best state in the country for guys who like white girls either because there aren't that many fit ones there to go around. I would say that the southern states in the USA aren't the best places to look for guys who love white girls because there aren't that many attractive ones to go around and the ones that are there tend to settle down quickly.
That said, as a guy who has a preference for white girls (and I am sure many on here do), it would go something like this IMO.

2. California
3. Florida
4. Arizona
5. Texas
States with hot weather and a reasonably high white population.
I'm not voting....
But I interact with people literally from all over the world.
And I hear from them-- that this place right here (a city I really can't stand, lol)
Has the most beautiful women in the world.....
And thats also the sentiments of people who are just passing through travelling the U.S.
I know someone who went to Vegas recently--
he came back here w/ an all new appreciation for this city.
The people he & his friends encountered had mad respect for this city
(and knew without even being told where they were all from--
something about our confidence & body language, lol)
One thing the people admired...I was told is that the guys they met there (from England)

Meh. Some people say that Colombian women are the most attractive Hispanic women, but to me it's more a case of a lot of the Colombian women you see picked to be in the media are super attractive, but if you are ever around a lot of Colombians, you will see that the average Colombian woman is really nothing special enough to turn your head. And everybody hollers about Brazilian women but Brazil is one of the leading countries in the world in numbers of cosmetic surgeries performed, so a lot of the "Brazilian beauties" you see aren't naturally beautiful anyway. Puerto Rican and Dominican woman are the most attractive Hispanic/Latina women in general and are the ones who are most likely to be attractive and naturally beautiful, to me.

Brazil is totally different to Hispanics Countries, not like U.S but totally different to Colombia. Anything we can do a versus between any U.S state and my region in Brazil.
