I value the laid back sense that low density sprawl provides. The giant suburb appeal and mild winters of Phoenix have their value. Where else could be considered similar? The Inland Empire of So Cal? Dallas?

Not so much anymore as infill is happening quite a bit currently and we're seeing rising population density in the Orlando area. The Tampa area while more populated at the core (and overall) in my opinion is a better representative, as the "sprawl" is much less population dense.
