Where exactly in Maryland would you be referring to? I can say that in terms of weather, if you want milder winters, choose maryland.

It seriously depends Which MD burbs? suburbs of DC Baltimore or Philly? What county? city/community? And what do you want like criteria? or is this like a question about weather the CD community likes what more(and not about you moving)?

Default which MD suburbs?

There is a very wide range of suburbs in Maryland, so it would help to specify which ones we're talking about. Or at least which county.

If I had to choose, it would be the city of Columbus over the Maryland suburbs. But I would prefer living in Baltimore or DC to both.
