If I could recreate Houston I would take all the buildings in The Texas Medical Center and Uptown and place them all Downtown. I would remove the freeways going through the inner loop. I would have an extensive network of light rail. I would remove all the billboards.

Great Replys everyone.

In my city also the speed limit would be 50 or 30 to reduce the deadly wrecks & enjoy the beauty around. I would have lots of street cars as well. I would also have a bike lane. I would try to have no air polution & have lots of trees like Palms
If I had suburbs they would be Beverly Hills, Malibu, bayside,Bayville,Pasadena hights & Palm Beach or Palm beach Island.
