Holy cow my suspicioins are realized! Look how many cities are ranked over Chicago. I have always been told growing up that Chicago gave me alot of bang than other places, but right now its more of a big drain!

I'm proud to see Jackson in the #3 spot! There's a lot happening here now though, so I'm afraid that the costs will start rising in the near future - now is the time to buy.

Greenville Sc would be a perfect spot. Find a nice home there and you are like 30 minutes away from the Appalachians. I think it is awesome to see mid-size cities come up in America. That is a relief. Many of these mid-size cities are doing better than some of the major cities.

Good to see Louisville (future town) #24 and Hampton Roads (hometown) #63 on the list.

I know the Twin Cities are always in the top 10 of these list in terms of bang for buck. Milwaukee as well.
