Hi, everyone...

Anyone out there who has lived in Grand Rapids, Holland, or Grand Haven for 2-3 years or more and knows how the weather has been?

I've searched online under weather history but have had little luck in finding the exact data I'm looking for.

I'm interested in high-low temps, whether there are alot of really windy days, sunny days, etc. but am particularly looking for information on snowfall and rainfall amounts--have they been fairly normal in the recent past years?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Judi

This should get you started:

NOAA - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

Weather Forecast & Reports - Long Range & Local | Wunderground | Weather Underground

The weather underground site has a weather almanac feature.

Simply type in city of your choice and find the almanac section.

Here you will find historical records for the day of your choice, ie. high, low, wind speed and direction also conditions. Don't know how far back you want to go though.

^In addition to Informer's excellent advice, please know this:

If you are coming from a southern coastal area, or Washington D.C., or even a northern coastal area....Michigan is a low-humidity state in comparison. I've spent a summer in Washington D.C, and swore I would never complain about Michigan's "humidity" again! What we have in the summer is...a slight dampness in the air.

We're only humid if you're used to Las Vegas or environs.
