the only place that the prison guards can fire is between the double fences, and it works FINE. we can have such a double fence in a month, if we want and the towers in another month. Just stretch and stake down 3 coils of razor wire. Tie 2 more coils atop the 3, 1 more atop the 2, and presto, 5 ft high fence. a crew of a dozen troops with a 5 ton truck can easily double fence a mile of the border in one day. Bring all the troops home and put them doing something that actually HELPS us.

Or maybe we can use those troops to take care of our psychiatric patients who are not taking their medication.
