I'm not asking g whether gambling g should be made ikkgeal or not. I think it's obvious it should indeed be legal for a private enterprise, like Casino's or horse tracks, to continue to exist. The Gouverment shouldn't intervene and dictate to its citizen how they are allowed to spend their money as long as the family v standards are clear and fair. That said, it bothers me that my Gouverment, the Canadian Gouverment sponsors the 649 twice a week, as well as other lotteries. I realize it's just a way for the Gouverment to make money in the long run, which inturn helps keep some services afloat. Nonetheless, I just find there is something g despicable about the Gouverment actively disregarding the dangers of gambling by essentially promoting the 649 as 'the way out'. It just feels like this is used to distract citizens, like the Romans did with gladiators. It shouldn't be legal. The Gouverment should protect it citizens...And supply to them essential services. Gambling ai t one of those. What's the reason this keeps going on?
Maybe it's because I had a gambling problem once I dislike it so much, but I'm just wondering if this stage sponsor gambling ki d if goes against the interest of its citizen?
Apologies if the lost isn't clear. I'm on my phone, auto correct is terrible, and I'm not proof reading.
