Balance is required in reporting. One-sided babble is unproductive and misleading.

Couldn't agree more but if you're barking up the wrong tree if you're suggesting the media favors industry. I really don't see it in that article as it presents both sides. Actually a rare piece that isn't biased presenting facts and the sides of both.

What would you suggest is siding with industry about that article?

Actually I thought that article was quite good at showing both sides.

Thumbs down Most Environmental groups actually hurt the environment!

Initially some have good intentions to help and steward the environment but that is not usually what happens!

Wind farms are a perfect example. They are supposed to reduce carbon emissions but then they clear cut trees to anchor in the foundations for the wind turbines, they construct service roads to mountain ridges, they kills thousand of birds and bats each year.

Solar Farms are equally dumb. they consume thousands of acreage only to produce a small amount of energy and they also disrupt local plant and animal polulations and increase the temperature of the local area they are in.

Environmental planning is not easy however, I would trust native americans a lot more than I would someone from the green party!
