I believe Miller Park (off Stratford Rd.) has grills, but not positive about that. I do know for sure several of the county parks have them--Joanie Moser Park in Lewisville, Horizons Park in Rural Hall, Tanglewood Park, and others. If you google "Winston-Salem parks" and "Forsyth County parks" you'll find listing of all parks and amenities.

Salem Lake would be a good choice as well.

No but, it is Salem Lake. If I remember correctly must good spots were near the lake. But most of the "city" parks are mostly undesirable to me. The county parks or ones ran by others. Seem to be what you maybe looking for.
1. Miller Park (off Stratford Rd.) is about the only go one the city has. It has not gone to the hood rats yet.
2. Joanne Moser Park in Lewisville four stars
3. Horizons Park in Rural Hall four stars
4. Tanglewood Park, five stars
5. Fourth of July Park , Kernersville four stars
The website arbync suggest would be a great start.
