Closer to the central bus station in Downtown is your best bet. Most of W-S's bus routes originate from there. It'll save you time from having to transfer all the time and can get you pretty much anywhere around town. Keep in mind that next year the bus routes will be changing (W-S is trying to expand and upgrade its public transportation).

My advise is to do a lot of research before committing to public transportation for all your transportation needs in W-S.

Great advice guys... so I will be doing alot of research... I didn't know the W-S public transportation will be expanded & upgraded...
