We are deciding between living in Winston and Greensboro and have the target neighborhoods down in Winston. We are liking Lindley Park and Sunset Hills in Greensboro. With a preschool and elem aged kids we have looked at schools in these neighborhoods and they seem good. Is that a fair assessment? We want an older home (pre 1960's) and be able to walk to restaurants. High end of the budget is 320K but the less we have to spend the better. Are we on the right track or can you suggest some better and/or additional neighborhoods? Thanks!
Oh and we can live anywhere so commuting is not an issue.
We also have kids and are looking to relocate to either Winston or Greensboro. May I ask what areas of Winston you are looking in? We've checked out Buena Vista and the Sherwood Forest areas.
