My husband & I just moved here from New Jersey in September & although I love my new job as a stay at home mom, I do tend to miss having adult interaction & my two year old son isn't around any other children at all. I am expecting with baby # 2 but I was wondering if there are any places I can go with my son to meet other mommies & little ones.
Greensboro Children's Museum (downtown) & Greensboro Science Center (NW Greensboro near Country Park) would be good places to check out as well, see the events calendars. Good luck!
Along with Sciquarium and the children's museum you can hit up the Greensboro cultural center for events and activities, there is a kids area where they work on arts and crafts, as well as other things for both kids and adults through out the center.
You can also go to Sciworks, or Adventure Landing (both in Winston) of course you will have jump with him but you can also go to the airbound trampoline park. and every now and then you can hit up the zoo in Asheboro
