Since I will be relocating to WS hopefully at years end,I have seen some
nice homes in the Brian Center La area near Bethabara Trace area anyone
have any feedback for me???
I'm not intimately familiar with the neighborhood, but that's a good location. Convenient to shopping, and easy enough to get to the major arteries. Do you have kids? I believe that area is served by North Forsyth High School, which isn't among the top schools in the county. That may not be a deal-breaker though, as there are certainly smart kids there, and you also have other choices like magnet schools and the Career Center. I think most all of the high schools can provide a good education for kids who are dedicated. Unfortunately some schools have a much higher at-risk population, and their overall rankings suffer because of it.
