Great to see downtown land another annual festival which attracts more people downtown. The group that operates the festival is moving it from downtown Winston-Salem and they plan for it to grow into larger event which would include a street festival. Downtown will be having back to back festivals. Oktoberfest will begin a few weeks after the soon to be annual North Carolina Folk Festival and Winterfest begins a few weeks or so after Oktoberfest.
