Jobs in Greensboro area (Salem: job market, moving to, office)

Hello to all,


I am planning on moving to North Carolina very soon, and was wondering how the job market is there for office positions in the Greensboro area. I am a 58 year old women moving from NY. I have a lot of office experience, and I was wondering if it will be difficult to find employment there.

I'm not sure, so I looked on Indeed. It looks like there are many jobs but they don't pay much.

I don't know if you are wanting to go to greensboro for a certain reason but i have a friend who works for the City of Winston Salem and she is always telling me they are hiring for admin with the City of Winston. I think some of the spots start anywhere from 36K a year to 42K a year.
