I saw there is an odd shaped triangle corner of land at the corner of Feaster and Roper Mountain Road being cleared for some building. No idea what could go in such an odd shaped piece of land....anyone know what is going there?
Do you know the plans for the clearing that is just a few "yards" down from your location, on the right heading towards 14?
Unfortunately I don't. I just happened to be friends with the owner/builder and so decided to move my business when it's complete. No idea what's going in the next space down. It looks fairly small, so I'm almost figuring it for a house... but that's just pure guessing.
There's not a ton of parking, but then again none of the businesses need that much parking. There specifically are no restaurants that would have higher parking requirements. Edward Jones and the hair salon will have a few people each at a time (max), the gym is 1-on-1, and the martial arts place will be mostly dropoff/pickup only.
Hopefully it's not against the rules to bump this old of a thread...
All tenants are expecting to be in the new building within the next few weeks and will be looking for new clients. As I mentioned above, there will be an Edward Jones, a hair salon, a martial arts school (summer camp, after school, night classes available), and a one-on-one workout and training facility.
I noticed some landscape and lawn maintenance work was being done on site today.
