moving across the county line question (Greenville, Greenwood: buying a home, buying, taxes)

i'm in the process of buying a home in fountain inn, the laurens side. this august my taxes for my car come due and wanted to see what i need to do as far as that goes since i'll be now living in laurens county and NOT greenville.

You'll pay vehicle taxes in Laurens county. Just go to the treasurer's office. That's what I had to do when moving from Abbeville county to Greenwood county. Greenville county might still send you a tax bill, though. Abbeville did this to me, and I had to go to the office with a piece of mail to show them the new address in Greenwood county.
