LOL.....not really, I expected as much. If a "tea" shop is a win for Greenville, this should send the locals to the streets in celebration for the gift from above. It is actually like watching a current version of the Andy Griffith show.

Yet you're still over here though. None of us going to other forums bashing. There are places I don't like, but I never go to their forums and bash. I realize it may not be for me, but that doesn't speak for all. What tea shop? There are many places to get tea. Cut out this silliness. Go to your forum and post something positive.

Red, why do you try to edit what folks say? Why not tell Gman to quit the crap labeling an apartment community as a Massive mixed use project. In essence, it is a suburban style apartment community. No big deal and certainly an overstatement to suggest a HUGE impact. It is a start, nothing more.
Gman need to grow up a little and see other places if this is massive. He was also the one claim that Greenvile was the reason Colimbia Common is developing faster than anticipated.

May not be where you live, but it's going to make an impact on that corner. Glad to see it coming. Everything doesn't have to fit what you think. That's why you live somewhere different, this area isn't for you. Be happy and let us do the same.
This is big news for Stone Avenue. Not sure what Columbia Common has to do with the redevelopment of Greenville's North End. Hopefully we will see additional development that is in line with the master plan.

Columbia Common is getting built due to a Greenville developer not Greenville itself. Hughes was the only bidder for the project. Duh.

Well, this development would never happen without Columbia Common even though that project is being built by a Greenville developer. Can't forget about Charlotte too. Without that city Greenville wouldn't even exist at all. Shocking I know.
