We are moving to the area next summer. I would love your opinions on the most child friendly neighborhoods in the area. We are looking for a house between 200-300$. I am picturing neighborhoods where kids are playing outside, riding bikes, swimming...
Where there are planned events and a real neighborhood feel.
Please share your opinions or advice - I would love to hear!
Thank you

Check out Summerwalk subdivision in Simpsonville (near the YMCA on 14.)We were eyeing a house there and were pleasantly surprised at all of the activity happening in the neighborhood. It seemed like a very family friendly area, and the schools are great.

Look at Verdmont at Neeley Ferry and Harrison Bridge Rds. Kids riding bikes, fishing in the ponds and playing in the park. Great swimming pool as well.

Whitehall Plantation. Just moved here from IN and have been very happy. Nice subdivision, lots of kids, nice pool, big nature preserve. Everyone is very friendly.
