We're going to be in the area again next month, and plan on looking for an agent to work with. I did search the forum, but haven't seen anything recent on this topic.
We are thinking of contacting Keith Clark at The Buyer's Broker, and wondered if anyone here had any feedback on him in particular or exclusive buyer's agents in general. Any other recommendations are also welcome.
We'll be looking in the TR, Taylors, Dacusville areas for something in the more rural areas (at least 1/2 acre and some privacy). Cash buyers in the $200 - $250K range.

I would highly recommend Sheri Sanders, She helped me find my home and helped my parents find theirs. She's gotten busier over the years but has a great team. Also Pat Grissinger is great. Very good people who are there when you need them. Both have accounts on here or you can google search them to find their websites.
