The National Council on Teacher Quality has given South Carolina an A for its policies that allow ineffective teachers to be fired, and an overall grade of B- (the highest overall grade given to any state) for teacher quality.

Well that's good to know.

So why do we have one of the "worst" school systems? Are they trying to say we're all dumb?

That makes no sense ??? How does SC rank one of the the lowest in the nation for education but have the best teachers.... Someone is lying...
