I wonder if you call gville tech and ask the photography teacher. He or she may have some student who would do a great job. My friend does great pictures but she is afraid to do it for others lol
they do portraiture, events and candids as well

We have two EXCELLENT nontraditional photographers here in Greenwood. I bet if you call them, they will come to you. One guy has traveled to India...all over the world....and his shots are fantastic. His name is Jon Holloway and I know that he has a website. I've used him for some of my work related projects, involving individual shots, and he is excellent. If he is too expensive, Carl Brock is an older gentleman-- maybe 70s-- who does the non-traditional thing. He just did my cousin's little boy (shot it in his yard) outside with trees and a cat, etc... He is excellent and very affordable....worth the hour drive if you have to come to him.
Good luck.
we are in greenville...thanks to all for the ideas. i think we are going to get a nicer camera and try the 'DIY' method! that way, we will make the $ investment and always have nice photos.

Hey, I am an upstate natural light photographer. I do consider myself nontraditional in that I don't use a studio or formal posing for my clients. You can view some of my work at:
