That's got to be a .458 Winchester magnum rifle, or a caliber that's bigger than the .338 Winchester magnum.
That reminds me of the very first time I fired a long gun in 1967, when I was 10 years old, I fired my uncle's 12-gauge shotgun (under supervision of course) and I definitely felt the shock of the recoil.
There was one guy on the video that wasn't affected too much by the recoil, so he probably fired heavy magnum rifles before.

There ya go Magnum Mike! Schweet little round eh??
Iv'e fired the .458 win mag,it's not that bad as long as you lean into it and shoulder the rifle correctly.
But this cartridge intimidates me a bit.You can break a collar bone or have a detached retina if you misuse it.
A few times at the range I have seen people with scoped 7mm magnums or whatever put there eye too close to the scope and had it kick back into their eye.
The muzzle blast if you were standing to the side must hurt a bit also.

Checking eye relief is a very wise thing. I've a not too wise cousin that insisted on shooting my S& W model 29 .44 Eastwood style, twenty seven stitches later, his hand and forehead were back to normal. My .338 is about all I care to shoot..
I especially liked the guy that got knocked back and his turban unwrapped from his head. He even thought it was funny.
Well, goes to show, an Aye-Rab and a gun just don't mix. - I think those Aye-Rabs would be much better off with slingshots!
Ooops, I think somebody is gonna cry "RACIST" here...
