Hello everyone!

I am graduating from ECU in Greenville, NC and moving to Virginia Beach with my Fiance this July 2009.

What apartment complexes have you had positive experiences with? Which ones would you recommend?

We are looking for a quiet, pet friendly and non-student apartment complex that is around $700-1000 a month.

Thanks!

I am glad this question has come up because I will be moving to Va Beach from Alaska next month. I have done some research of what "seems" to be a good place but of course I have no idea about the neighborhoods.

The few places I found were:

Northbeach Apartments: 4605 Gale Force Court

Reflections: 3001 Reflections Way

Summer Station: 3700 Snowdrift Circle

------

I, too, am looking for a pet friendly location as well. I do not know if the above places are student free or not which is why I joined the forum to see what folks thought about these places.

Sorry for hi-jackin the thread but hopefully this will help us both out!

Thanks Erma! Wow mixed signals on Reflections and that was the one I was leaning towards b/c it looks pretty nice. I will have to rethink that location.

everyone will have mixed signals...just read some posts about VB LOL~
My friends daughter lived there and she liked it. After her mother died, she inherited her house and would probably still be living there if that had not happened. She has a beagle named "Angel" and she didn't mind living there either.
Reflections is not far from where I live, seems to be decent and is close to Lynnhaven Mall and other areas that has entertainment. It's 9 miles down the interstate to the ocean front, 10 minutes from Towne Center/Theater/Restaurants and such.
Like I said, everyone has a different opinion. Check out the other complexes and you will probably read the same thing. Someone had a beef with management...why?? You only read one side of the story.
