I am thinking about getting a real estate license. How bad is business for agents right now? I am considering leaving my current profession to do it. I do not need to make much money. I don't need to work, so if I make $1,000 a month I'd be very happy. Is it hard to break in and how do you get your clients? Any advice is appreciated.
