Hi! quick question for everyone on here, first I would like to thank everyone that has posted as I have learned a lot from you guys.

My main question is, If I was enrolled and currently have a High Deductible Plan F (medigap) and wanted to switch, within the same company, to a regular Plan F, would I qualify for a Guaranteed Acceptance, meaning NO underwriting? or Vice Versa? going from Regular F to High deductible F?

Thanks in advance!
-Mike

There are two questions that come into play.
1. Are you still within the first six months of enrollment?
If you are, then the answer is yes.
2. What State is your home in?
Each State has their own set of rules.

Contact your insurance salesperson as different insurance companies has their own set of rules on which plans are Guaranteed Issue.
