I am turning 65 in June of next year. Will I be guaranteed coverage, without increased cost with pre existing conditions? I mean the first time I can sign up in those seven months of open enrollment surrounding my joining.
Do I have to drop my marketplace coverage first in order to be covered by guaraneed coverage? Or does the fact it is my first opportunity to get Medicare count?

Medicare does not consider pre existing conditions.

You can sign up for Medicare on-line. Be ready to deal with paying for medicare part B premiums. If you take SS at the same time they will deduct the part B premiums from your SS.

Guaranteed Issue applies to Original Medicare, Parts A and B - no matter when you enroll. Preexisting conditions are irrelevant.

Guaranteed Issue applies to Medigap supplement coverage if you purchase policy within six months of signing up for Part B (or during any Special Enrollment Period). After the six-month Medigap open enrollment period, you can be subject to health underwriting which can mean higher premiums and/or denial:

Guaranteed Issue applies to Advantage plans when you enroll when first eligible for Part B, during any Special Enrollment periods, and during Annual Open Enrollment. Advantage plans do not do health underwriting, except for ESRD.

You have other Guaranteed Issue rights for Medigaps and Advantage plans, outlined, here:

No, you don't have to drop the marketplace coverage to enroll in Medicare, but you will lose any ACA subsidies when you enroll in Medicare.
