Do I have to drop my marketplace coverage first in order to be covered by guaraneed coverage? Or does the fact it is my first opportunity to get Medicare count?

Guaranteed Issue applies to Original Medicare, Parts A and B - no matter when you enroll. Preexisting conditions are irrelevant.
Guaranteed Issue applies to Medigap supplement coverage if you purchase policy within six months of signing up for Part B (or during any Special Enrollment Period). After the six-month Medigap open enrollment period, you can be subject to health underwriting which can mean higher premiums and/or denial:

Guaranteed Issue applies to Advantage plans when you enroll when first eligible for Part B, during any Special Enrollment periods,
and during Annual Open Enrollment. Advantage plans do not do health underwriting, except for ESRD.
You have other Guaranteed Issue rights for Medigaps and Advantage plans, outlined, here:

No, you don't have to drop the marketplace coverage to enroll in Medicare, but you will lose any ACA subsidies when you enroll in Medicare.
