followed by crack and heroin

London, England (CNN) -- Alcohol ranks "most harmful" among a list of 20 drugs, beating out crack and heroin when assessed for its potential harm to the individual imbibing and harm to others, according to study results released by a British medical journal.

Intuitively, it's hard to understand. But thinking back on my co-workers over the past 25 years, none of the really heavy drinkers are still with us.

I think they should legalize all drugs and tax the crap out of them. I doubt someone who is a regular crack user has any trouble getting crack because its illegal. If the FDA wants to legalize all kinds of nasty, crappy, cancer causing, garbage, disease ridden foods like McDonalds, Oreos, and Dorritos, then they may as well legalize drugs.
