Face breaks out after sauna/steam treatment (skin, better, cleanse)

So, I go into the steam room and sauna at the gym for about 30 minutes the other day thinking it'd cleanse my skin completely. I even drunk 1/4 gallon of water while I was in there.

The next day, I get 1...2...3...4 pimples pop up! And I noticed that everytime I do so, my face gets worse instead of better.

What gives?

Sounds like the deep seated cr.p from your pores coming out.
I think it should improve with time.

Yes.. it will improve over time... your body is adjusting to it... and you could be sweating out all kinds of crap

Remember when you offset the "current" balance of your skin - your chances of breaking out greatly increase.

To help with this... I ALWAYS wash off in the shower, cleanse my face and use a stringent pad on it..
