I am a 46 year old lonely man, my wife left me for another guy. We got no children. I lost my job 2 years ago and have not found a new one since my skills are all offshore work but now i am regarded as too old for hard work.

For the past 2 years i have sat constantly everyday for at least 16 hours a day in front of my computer. I don't do physical exercises because i have no one to impress.

Now both of my feet have been swollen really bad, it started from the left foot 12 months ago now the right foot has suffered the same thing.

I used to smoke over 12 years ago and am not into alcohol. I am over weight and developed big fat gut as well as double chin.

What is wrong with my foot? Have i got blood clot? Am I going to die of a heart attack because of this?

I can't afford to see a doctor because i have been unemployable for the past 2 years.

Need help

There are free clinics in every state I've ever lived in. If you sit in front of a computer every day you can find one. You could have congestive heart failure. But you probably just need to get in better shape. You don't need a person to impress in order to do that. But do get medical advice — badly swollen feet can be a symptom of several problems that a 46-year-old shouldn't have. Also, unless you are exaggerating your description of yourself, you also need a prescription for antidepressants. A free clinic can help with that, too. Please don't put this off.

Am I in serious danger? Is this life threatening? I forgot sometimes i would puke my own fluid out but it smells and tasted like acid.

It's impossible for anyone to diagnose you over the internet. As the other poster said, there is bound to be some sort of free clinic in your community and you should see about making an appointment, sooner rather than later.

The best place to start looking qt what options you may have is to start here. If you have ever been in the US military you may be able to get some care from the VA. Home | HealthCare.gov

You can look for some local clinics here: Get Affordable Health Care

As the OP is not in this country, we have no viable suggestions for him to seek care. He has gotten good advice, seek care. Thread closed.
