So here it is almost a year later from my statement that I had a heart attack almost 4 years ago after the original post. No such symptoms anymore. I'm sure it was heart related and I'm glad it doesn't happen anymore.

I am sorry to hear you had a heart attack - glad you are still here to post. That's a very interesting symptom! I know you were saying it occurred when laying on your right. Feeling palpitations when laying on your left can be an indication of mitral valve prolapse (MVP) in your heart. Another sometimes symptom of MVP is.... anxiety.

Doctors say we should sleep on our left side. Apparently, sleeping on your left side, makes it easier for your body to rid itself of toxins.
