This really hits home with me as I haven't had a full night's uninterrupted sleep in so many years I can't remember when I did!

Did you try it yet? I do not think it would help me, as my insomnia is menopause-related (waking up every few hours) not behavioral.

I don't think it will help me either. My insomnia mainly stems from ADD and racing thoughts, can't turn them off at bed.

You can buy a lot of sleeping pills for the $99 the app costs.
