You can use OTC drops for dry eyes, my opth suggested Refresh.

I found that Restasis takes awhile to work, and I would use the OTC stuff in between and in specific situations.

Make sure you don't have any heat/air vents blowing in your face, that always irritated me.

It will get better, as long as you are treating it.

I use Restasis - it works well -
