Hi,

We are in the middle of a heat wave and today is 40C (104F). I don't know the term in english, I sometimes suffer from Low-Pressure headache? Now is what happens to me, I am not able to stay at computer, I feel dizzy with a headache and I only want to lay down on bed. I am at home, what can I do? I don't want to be the first casuality of the summer.

Are you drinking enough water? You sweat more when it's hot outside and it's easy to get dehydrated. A headache is one of the first symptoms of dehydration.

Thank you for your advice. I drank enough water and I slept two hours in the morning. Now I feel better and I will go out for dinner with my family. I will eat a ribeye, this is the cure for all the things
