I had one in my wrist on the back of my hand behind a scar. I have small wrists and I wonder if the damaged something when the put it in. But anyway there was always this blood dot blister where the IV was and it stayed for 10 years. The other night it was itching. So I took a needle and popped open the blood dot. It didnt bleed very much at all but a needle like metal (2 pcs) came out of the blood dot. Each were a few MMs long and not a hair folicle. So what was it?
They put one of the new plastic ones in me..Where did that metal come from?
A string like thing also came out but I assumed that was a small vein in the blood dot blister. Its healed fine and I feel like I dont have the gripping weakness issues as badly as I did before the metal came out.

Should I put on the tin foil hat? OR was it aliens?LOL

I dont work with metal or anything like that. One was sort of red so I wondered it if it as possible that some plastic broke off inside me and was covered in calcium

Oh I would take that in to the dr. and see what they think that is. That is really strange. Your body will try and work things out of your body. It sure seems like something broke off and has been just sitting there all these years...hummmm
