A friend of mine from another country recently asked me to check out the price of velcude in the states for him, cuz his father is currently undergoing chemotherapy and needs this drug. Problem is velcude isn't covered by his father's health insurance, so he wants to know if buying it from the US would be cheaper. My question is:
since it's a prescription drug (I think so), how can I get it for him without prescription? Is foreign doctor's prescription recognized in the US?
Is it legal to mail it to another country?
