Havent eaten in a while and start getting the shakes, really irritable..
Hands were actually shaking.
Something like that wouldnt happen to me when i was younger.
Should i be concerned with Diabetes in the not too distance future?
Im 33, and not in the best shape of my life.

Yeap diabete's would be a concern with numerous hypoglycemia attacks as you are desensitizing your insulin receptor cells on your trillions of cells which will allow glucose to build up in the blood stream and cause nerve and cardiovascular damage.

A couple of tips and that is cut out caffiene if you drink coffee and eat a low or lower carb diet. Meat and vege diet or chicken/fish salads like i eat at all my meals.

You can head it off at the pass if you start now. Start eating a high-fiber, low-fat diet with 2 small meals every 3 hrs instead of 3 big ones every 6 hrs.

see a doctor as soon as you possibly can-- only your dr. can determine your particular situation...

however, if I may add, I was dx with hypoglycemia more than 25 years ago, and have not become diabetic... all it took was getting the hang of regulating my diet in a sensible manner and consuming a moderate amount of caffeine daily.

not to say this would be the case for you, as each person is different, but just to let you know it's not necessarily hopeless.
(my symptoms were rather severe also)

Default Blood sugar

Or you consuming any diet sodas, diet foods that contain apartame ( better known as NUTRA SWEET? Have you taken any VACCINES like flu shots? The flu vaccines are now 12 times stronger and more toxic. If your are consumming diet foods with nutra sweet this eventually causes problems and some people do not have to be on the stuff too long before it effects them immediately. It mimics MS and people dont have MS and many are diagnosed as having MS, when it it the toxicity of the nutra sweet messing up their nerves.
