I lost my baby a year ago when I was 21 weeks pregnant. Since then, I have been really sick and I have seen many doc's without getting anywhere. My white blood count is always high. They did find that I was anemic. I have always felt lower abdominal pain since I lost the baby but, the OBGYN always tells me that it was normal or that she didnt think anything was wrong. Tuesday after going in for the same complain for a year, she decided to do a biopsy. It was really painful. Last night, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a big piece of flesh that came out. I wasnt a blod clot because it was kinda rubbery and sticky. I called the office and the nurse told me that that was normal. It was just probably a piece of the surrounding tissue where the biopsy was done. Is it normal? Should I be concerned? Has anyone else pass such a thing after a biopsy of the uterus? Could it be a piece of placenta from my baby that was never discovered? Can that hang around for so long? Should I go to the hospital? Maybe that was what caused my white cells to always be so high and me getting enlarged lymph nodes on my neck. Can anyone answer my concerns please? Thanks!
I have had 2 endometrial biopsies and yes that can be normal. I bled some and was a little crampy as well. If it continues or you get worse call your doctor.
