I'm 64 and have never been on a trampoline, but it looks like it would be great fun!

Hey people, bounce away!!

It's good for your heart, good for cells-helps drive out excess toxins and poisons from the body.

Helps increase oxygen throught the body. Helps reduce levels of cholosterol and tryglycerides and improves your bones, lessening the likelihood of fractures due to osteoporosis.

All proven facts, so jump away(if you can!).

I enjoy trampolines very much.

Especially when women are jumping around me on them.

I use to have one when I was younger. Me and my friends wore that thing slam out. We would put it up against our old store and jump off the roof onto the trampoline. We would put it up against the basketball goal and pretend we were Jordan performing dunks and wrestle on it as well.

Then one day one of the adults decided he wanted to wrestle with some of my friends and it finally tore and they ended up on the ground. It was hilarious.
