Help Requested -- Gerber BMF and LMF (Original) Owners (collector, patterns, great)

As far as I know, no one has compiled a history of the original Gerber BMF and LMF knives. Such a compendium would be of incredible value to collectors; therefore I am attempting to compile one.
If you presently own a Gerber BMF, or an original Gerber LMF (not the current LMF II or the Steadfast), I would absolutely LOVE to hear from you. In particular, I want (1) the serial number on the blade, (2) pictures of the blade itself, (3) pictures of the logo on the scabbard, and (4) pictures of the compass that came with the BMF -- LMF's didn't have included compasses.

Here's what I know so far.
(1) Both the BMF and the LMF had two distinct blade patterns, regardless of whether the blade contained saw-teeth
(2) The BMF came with two different Silva compasses -- right now I don't have enough information to say more.
(3) For both the BMF and the original LMF, there are AT LEAST three different logos -- again I don't have enough information to determine when the change-overs took place.
Any and all assistance provided will be MOST appreciated, I assure you.

Most interesting about the logo! Have not seen or heard of that before. Would you send me pics of the blade, the logo (clearly showing what color/s it is and its location), and any metal belt clip(s) on the back of the sheath? My email is danielnighteyes01@gmail.com

Sorry Nighteyes I havent checked my e-mail in a while. I will gladly send you some pictures. Don't really know alot about these knives but anything new would be great. Give me a day or two and I will send the pictures. Thanks for responding.
