Low life Philly fans strike again. After the Flyers were beaten by the Rangers at the Winter Classic, some Philly dregs decided that it would be a good idea to jump some Ranger fans and beat the hell out of them.

You might say that these things happen at sporting events, but they happen regularly at Philly sporting events. Philly fans are, without question, the biggest bunch of low life, thug losers imaginable.

Yes, I saw the story on Philly.com but haven't read it yet.

Boston fans have been vicious to Habs fans, esp. the playoffs a couple years ago.
Supposedly, a Habs fan was stomped and kicked on outside long after the game ended. Boston seems to have their share of lowlife fans.

...

A family from Canada told me they were offended sitting in the balcony at the Habs-vs. Bruins in Boston last month. Fans were yelling homophobic slurs at PK Suban (but no racist ones). They claim that would not generally happen in Canada? I guess most of Canada is more educated on gays...

I stopped wearing my Ranger's jersey to games in Philadelphia back in the 90's. The fans in Philly are idiots. Don't know if they are worse when they win or when they lose. Why were the Ranger fans at Geno's? I thought everyone knew Geno's and Pat's both suck.

Every city has stupid fans. This isn't a Philly centric issue. Let's leave the hyperbole at home.
