The wallpaper and flooring look 1970s and they should go. Just paint the walls white and get new flooring in a light color.

The tile looks exactly like what I had put into my bathroom in the 90s and should stay because tile is so expensive and is easy to keep clean. It also looks nice. I love the window--it's charming.

In an earlier post, the OP said that the floor tiles were the same color as the ones on the wall. If they're in decent condition, I would not replace. (Remember...the photo that the OP posted is NOT the actual bathroom in his house.)

I would also do something with the door and drawer handles on the sink cabinet-either clean them up or replace them with design period accurate handles.
