Round cut-glass vase on back page of Pottery Barn March 2015 catalog (design, white)

There is a large, cut-glass vase on the back cover of the March 2015 Pottery Barn catalog. I really love this vase, and Pottery Barn doesn't sell it. They also won't tell me where it comes from. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Beautiful vase indeed! (Have a nice collection myself, including German porcelain and crystal, etc.)

I would call the company (not a store) and ask for the marketing department. They should know who is in charge of the catalog and its contents.
If you do find out, please share the info. I might just weaken and add to my collection...
