I'm refreshing my living room but need some ideas of what to put up on the newly bumped out feature wall over the fireplace... and that doesn't break the bank.

Ideas anyone?

Well, I don't know what a "bumped out feature wall" is, but I'd suggest the two mainstays of "over the fireplace":

- Big mirror
- Big painting

not sure what a bumped out feature wall is either but, yes, a painting.


or quilted wall hanging, metal sculpture, a bunch of empty picture frames of descending sizes.


photos of family, vacations, whatever.




hand woven piece.

I agree with a large piece.

Depending on your style. I like natural material and hand-crafted art.
