We want to attach the narrow, rope-like tile trim pieces around our ceramic tiles in the bathroom but unsure which "tile" glue to use. Have been told that Mastik doesn't hold well. The trim pieces will be glued to drywall on one side and log siding on the other. Suggestions?

Just regular Armstrong brand tile adhesive is fine. If it is too sloppy and messy applying to those tiny trim pieces with the notched trowel then use liquid nails in a caulking tube. Just squirt a bead and apply the trim piece to the wall.

Try Gal Ceram Tile Adhesive: it's Double Duty Plus, Gallon, Ceramic Tile Adhesive, Non-Staining White Formula specifically made for ceramic tiles.
